Bucharest, July 17th, 2025: The final construction phase of real estate project EnVogue Residence – Iuliu Maniu will include a hotel to be operated by Hilton, under the Hilton Garden Inn brand. This will be part of a new building consisting of two sections, the structure of which has already been finalised. The future hotel will align with sustainability goals by incorporating green energy solutions. It will include 125 rooms, a gym, a restaurant, business and social event facilities, as well as dedicated parking. It is meant to serve business clients, as well as passing visitors or participants in close-by events.

The Hilton Garden Inn guests will also benefit from the overall safety standards implemented in the EnVogue Residence project. The entire building that is currently under construction has been designed to withstand seismic activity of up to 8.9 on the Richter Scale, and it will include an air-raid shelter.
